Shor-Linefts Warming Pad is UL/CSA listed, giving you confidence in the safety, security and functionality of our thermal support for your clients for post-operative and treatment care. It is designed to reduce the risk of hypothermia, which has been proven to be heightened during and following anesthesia. Product Features: Safety is built into this thermal-formed, textured pad. After you turn it on, it warms up for about 15 minutes to a factory-set temperature (94ºF, 34.4ºC). In the case of the Warming Pad becoming unplugged or the temperature exceeds the safety shut-down limit (97ºF, 36.1ºC) , the Alert mode will sound bringing the Warming Pad to the technicianfts attention by both sound and a red light and will automatically shut down and start a cool down process. A Stand-By mode is set to sound an alarm at 5 minutes and continue to the end of the selected Time Cycle, followed by a repetitive series of low tone beeps to warn of the time coming to an end. The controller offers three Time Cycle setting options: 60, 90 and 120 minutes. This feature provides security in knowing the Warming Pad will automatically turn off at that specified time. The Warming Pad is connected to the controller by a 2ft cable and you can connect one more optional cable. The controller is designed with a stainless steel clip for mounting on a cage door.
